Twenty One Pilots Set to Headline Boston Calling 2019

Boston Calling announced the lineup for its 2019 festival on Thursday (January 10), and Twenty One Pilots fans have to be excited to see the name of their favorite band front and center. The alt-rock duo will be headlining the festival, which is set to take place May 24-26th at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Alston, Massachusetts.

They're in good company, too. Travis Scott and Tame Impala will also be headlining the three-day fest, and Greta Van FleetHozierGuster, and a bunch of other names both big and small will be heading to the Massachusetts capital this Spring.

“We’ve had the privilege of bringing fans nine editions of Boston Calling, featuring hundreds of acts: from world-renowned superstars, to Grammy winners and nominees, to local artists on the rise,” Boston Calling co-founder Brian Appel wrote in a statement. “We love the artists that have been assembled for 2019, and look forward to welcoming back many of our favorites from past editions.”

Before Twenty One Pilots headline Boston Calling, they'll be gracing the stage at The Forum in Los Angeles along with Muse, The Killers, Weezer, Rise Against, Bishop Briggs, and The Revivalists on January 19 as part of iHeartRadio's 2019 edition of ALTer Ego.
