NJ Cop That Started Opioid Task Force Named Trooper of the Year

A New Jersey cop that started the Opioid Enforcement Task Force has been named 2019 Trooper of the Year. According to NJ.com, under the guidance of Lt. Lawrence Williams, the Opioid Enforcement Task Force arrested 53 people and seized nearly $3 million worth of heroin, fentanyl and cocaine.
