A New York man that drove drunk and ran over headstones in a Wantage cemetery has been ordered to pay $7K in damages. According to the New Jersey Herald, Kevin Satizabalivas accepted a plea deal and is enrolling in the state's pretrial intervention program.
The 29-year-old damaged several headstones in Clove Cemetery and continued driving for another three miles before crashing into a resident's front yard. Satizabalivas reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 and admitted to having "a couple of beers" and a shot of Sake the night of the accident.
